Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)
An Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is a device used during power outages. A UPS is designed to keep computers, servers, network devices and other sensitive electronic equipment running.
What is an online (double-conversion) UPS?
An online UPS first converts the mains voltage to direct current and then back into a clean sine wave. This completely isolates the load from outages, fluctuations, harmonics and frequency disturbances on the grid; when the power fails, it switches to battery power with zero transfer time.
Our UPS models
- Single-phase input – single-phase output: 1, 3, 6 and 10 kVA single-phase online UPS
- Three-phase input – single-phase output: 10, 15 and 20 kVA online UPS
- Three-phase input – three-phase output: 10–250 kVA online UPS
Voltage regulator or UPS?
A voltage regulator stabilizes the voltage but does not supply power when the electricity goes out. A UPS, on the other hand, keeps supplying power from its batteries during an outage. In critical systems the two can be used together; let us work out the right solution for your needs together.
